You may request an evaluation or consultation from DIGITAL AUTOHUB through instant forms provided by Meta Platforms. We may process the information you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, company, website, business activity, stated need, expected timeframe, and professional role.
We use this information to assess whether the request fits our services, contact you about the submitted request, schedule the requested discussion, and manage the resulting commercial process. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in administering commercial enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is initially received through Meta Platforms and may be exported to our internal tools for managing enquiries. We do not sell this data or use it for commercial communications unrelated to the submitted request. We retain enquiry data for no longer than 12 months unless a contractual relationship is established or a legal obligation requires a different period.
